About Me

My work has seen many themes – I’ve worked with weight loss, fertility, emotional eating, food intolerances, mindset + business.  I’ve changed business names, I’ve recreated myself, over and over again.  And the thing that has always stayed constant and never changed is who I serve – and that’s mums.

Mums just like you, who want to pave a new way in parenthood.

Mums just like you, who don’t want to be a clone of their own parents.

Mums just like you, who have great ideas about the type of mother they want to be, yet still find themselves yelling + getting triggered by their kids every day.

Mums just like you, who are awakening to a new way of motherhood.  Mums who want their children to grow up secure, confident and emotionally intelligent.

I work with mums just like you, who love their children and truly, deeply want the best for them.

And I am that mum.

I have two gorgeous girls (3yo and 18mo) and they are my biggest motivators.  They make me a better person because I so deeply want to show up for them as the  mum they deserve – and I know that to do that, I need to uncover and heal some of my inner wounds.

I uncover, process and release my own inner baggage so that it’s not passed onto my children to carry.

I practice being comfortable with all of my emotions, so that I can stay calm in the face of their big emotions too.

And I show up as my imperfect human self, so that my children know that it’s okay to be themselves too.  

We all make mistakes. Perfect is so not the goal here.  The only thing I strive for is to release my inner baggage so the I can show up as the mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend that I want to be.  And that’s exactly what I help my clients do, too.

We do the inner work for two reasons: for ourselves, and for the people who matter most to us. 

Especially for the gorgeous little souls who call us Mum.
