    With a Bachelor Degree in Naturopathy and over 10 years experience as a naturopath, I can support your physical health naturally. This can include functional testing, specific herbs + supplements, and/or dietary and lifestyle tweaks to get you feeling your absolute best.

    Mindset and mental wellbeing plays such a huge role in motherhood. And if you’re like most mums, your brain is currently wired to focus on the negatives. It’s a natural bias our brains have, and it can also be really detrimental to our experience of motherhood.

    I use a psychology model known as ACT, combined with kinesiology, counselling techniques and somatic-based Parts Therapy (IFS) to gently shift your mindset and mental thought patterns. And guess what? Happier you = happier kids! Everyone wins.

  • Feel good emotionally ✨

    If you’ve ever felt like you’re on the edge of exploding, then you know what it feels like to reach capacity with your emotions. Emotional wellbeing for mums is really about helping you heal + let go of any stored emotions from your past, as well as processing + expressing your day-to-day emotions in really healthy ways. When your emotions are cleared, expressed, and allowed - you have the capacity + space to hold your children’s emotions with calm and patience.

    Kinesiology is a part of all my 1:1 sessions - it’s a gentle somatic approach that deeply guides and supports emotional wellbeing.

I’m a mother of three young girls, and raising them is undoubtedly my most important role in this lifetime. My second favourite thing? Supporting mums, just like you, who are struggling through motherhood wondering “is it meant to be this hard?”

I know as much as you do that motherhood comes with it’s own challenges, but despite the difficult moments it IS possible for you to love being a mum and be proud of the mum that you are.

As a naturopath, kinesiologist, intuitive Reiki master + remedial massage therapist - I’m dedicated to helping mums feel good in themselves.

Because when mum feels happy + healthy, the whole family benefits.
