Day Retreats for Mums

A full day to exhale. To soften. To come back to yourself.
These one-day retreats are created especially for mums who need a break, but can’t disappear for an entire weekend. Whether you’re breastfeeding, co-sleeping, or simply not ready to be away overnight, this day is your chance to refill your cup without the stress of being gone too long.
Held in the beautiful natural surrounds of Heartland in Aldinga Scrub, you’ll spend the day nestled among trees, with the ocean close by, feeling held by nature and a circle of women who truly get it.
Every retreat day is gently structured to support your nervous system, your body, and your heart.
Each retreat includes:

✨ A special group workshop (different one for each retreat, see below)
✨ Nourishing morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea
✨ Time and space to rest, reflect, and just be

A guided experience to help you reconnect with your body, release stored tension, process emotional build up, and feel more at home within yourself.

Yin Yoga with Greta
Slow, supported shapes to unwind deeply, calm the nervous system, and create spaciousness in both body and mind.Saturday 5th September

Gentle Breathwork with Vicky

You don’t need to be “good” at yoga, meditation, or anything else. You don’t need to wear anything special or be a certain type of person. Just come in your most comfortable clothes, messy mum-bun totally encouraged, we all get it and will welcome you just as you are.

Investing in yourself, as a mum, can be super tricky. I get it! It’s so much easier to justify spending money on the kids. So I’ve kept these day retreats super affordable for you mummas.

Your Facilitator
If we haven’t met yet, hi! I’m Danni. I’m super passionate about supporting mums to enjoy motherhood and lower the pressure they put on themselves. I’m a naturopath, kinesiologist, massage therapist and Reiki Master, but my favourite title of all is Mum. I have three girls (5, 3, 1) and the passion that I have for supporting mums comes from my own personal experience of motherhood. I’m in it, I get it, I see you 💗
My super power? Showing up as my real, down-to-earth, imperfect self so that you can, too. I’m not into Instagram-worthy circles and retreats. I’m into come-as-you-are, be yourself, and be welcomed kinda vibes.
There’s absolutely no pressure on these day retreats. They are designed as a space for you to just be. A space where you can rest, recalibrate, and return to your family afterwards a much happier and more present mum.
