It can be easy to feel like you’re stuck, that nothing can change, or that you don’t have time to create changes in your life.
I’m here to show you otherwise 😊
I’m running a series of 5 Day Resets through my Instagram account, covering topics such as:
house and home
relationships
phone use
food and body image
mindset
relationship to self
exercise
The purpose of these Resets is not to tell you what to change in your life, but rather to give you a container where you have the motivation, accountability and inspiration to create the changes in your life you already know you want.
Each reset will run from Mon-Fri, and every morning I’ll be live on our private Instagram channel with a pep talk to get you going for the day. In this short video, you’ll set your goal/s for the day, and then you go off and complete those tasks each day.
I’ll also be sharing some really powerful insights into why each task matters, setting intentions, what to do when resistance or procrastination pops up, and the psychology behind staying motivated and positive about making small, simple changes.
Some examples:
Home Reset - maybe your laundry pile is insane, your plastics drawer is a mess and you can’t see the floor because your kids have a gazillion toys. So you could set a goal over those five days to put away your laundry, tidy up your plastics drawer, and find 5 toys that you can donate to the op shop. Is it solving every problem in your home? Nope. Is it a solid start that will create momentum and motivation to keep going? Absolutely!
Food Reset - maybe you’ve been skipping lunch, forgetting to drink enough water, and craving sugar in the evenings. Over the five days, you will learn from me why we have certain cravings, what to do about them, and simple life hacks from me, a qualified naturopath and mum of 3, to help make food and eating more nutritious, delicious, and time-efficient. So your goals over the five days could be to eat lunch every day, drink more water, and make simple changes to reduce the sugar cravings.
What to expect
Sign up for one, or all.
Each Reset costs $7 to join, and I’m offering them individually so that we can all work on the same area of our lives at the same time. Doing it together as a group is so powerful!
You can join for individual Resets or you can join us for all of them for only $21 (save $28). Just let me know what you’re signing up for in the form notes.
THEMES/DATES:
Mon 11th August - Home
Mon 25th August - Phone use
Mon 8th September - Relationships
Mon 22nd September - Food
Mon 6th October - Mindset
Mon 20th October - Exercise + movement
Mon 3rd November - Relationship with self
You see, change is made in small steps, not giant leaps. When you are supported in making simple changes, they compound over time to create big shifts.
If you keep trying to change by transforming your entire life overnight, you are jarring your nervous system (it feels unsafe, so your body resists the changes and you end up self-sabotaging, procrastinating, etc). And every time you make gigantic goals and fail to meet them, your mind tells yourself a story that you are incapable of creating changes, and the cycle repeats over and over again.
The power of the Reset is this:
accountability to do the things you say you’ll do
daily check ins and inspiration
doing it as part of a group means more motivation to keep going
small, simple shifts each day add up to bigger changes
And when things change? You FEEL better. And when you feel better? Everyone benefits.
